Marketing and Resource Generation Division
The Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies recommended a business plan for CASP to develop a Marketing Division with the following objectives :
- Fund-raising
- Resource mobilization
- Image building
- Advocacy
Keeping in view the above objectives a separate division viz. Marketing and Resource Mobilization Division was created.
The targets set for the Marketing Division are as follows :
i. To increase the number of sponsored children to 2,000 each year and
ii. To raise 50% for various community development projects.
Efforts are being made to achieve the targets. Some of the activities undertaken are:
Fund Raising
- Placed donation boxes at some reputed shops in Pune
- Organize various fund-raising events with assistance from corporates and nationalized banks

Efforts are being made to collect donations/sponsorships through corporate sectors, trusts and banks.
Resource Mobilization

Project Proposals based on Community Development in rural areas
- Increasing sponsors
- Consultancy services to other NGO's
Image Building
- Media – Doordarshan (TV), Press, Radio.
- Exhibitions.

Presentations in different service organizations like Rotary Club, Lions Club and corporates etc.
Advocacy
Participating at State, National,and International platforms for awareness on :-
- HIV/AIDS and related interventions
- Child labour
- Balpanchayat(childrens parliament) activities for child rights
- Promoting participation of women through SHG's
